This Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data of Customers, Members and Visitors has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") in order to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data as Çekim Kimya A.Ş. 5. Protection, Storage and Destruction of Your Personal Data
As a company, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access to your personal data and to ensure the protection of your personal data. Your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our company within 3 (three) months following the disappearance of the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data or upon your request.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time and without giving any reason, and you can terminate personal data processing activities based on explicit consent.
When you apply to our company and request the deletion or destruction of your personal data:
a) If all the conditions for processing personal data have disappeared: your personal data subject to the request will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Your request will be finalized within thirty days at the latest and you will be informed.
b) If all the conditions for processing personal data have been eliminated and the personal data subject to the request has been transferred to third parties, this situation shall be notified to third parties: It is ensured that the necessary actions are taken within the scope of the Regulation.
c) If all of the conditions for processing personal data have not been eliminated, your request may be rejected by explaining the reason in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, and the rejection response will be notified to you in writing or electronically within thirty days at the latest.
